Validations & promos

Validated. Tracked. Billed back.

Your merchants and tenants validate digitally — from a code, a scan, or the Tenant Portal — and you run your own promo codes on top. The discount lands on the driver's session before they pay, and you see exactly who validated what.

How it works

Validate in seconds. Reconcile in none.

01

The merchant validates

A code the host hands over, a scan at the counter, or a couple of taps in the Tenant Portal. No hardware to install.

02

The discount hits the session

Full comp or partial, hours or dollars, applied before the driver pays — shown as its own line on the total.

03

Every validation has a name

Which business, which session, what it was worth. Set caps per tenant, even per plate, and bill back the difference.

What it replaces

The stamp machine had a good run.

Most validation still runs on physical artifacts — stamp machines, sticker sheets, ticket books — or a vendor-locked validator device that only works inside one system.

A paid add-on module, per site
A standard capability, portfolio-wide

Your tenants get a perk they can actually offer. You get a program you can actually audit.

Promos you run yourself

No merchant required.

Sometimes the discount is yours: a grand-opening rate, an off-peak code to fill the quiet floor, a make-it-right comp, a code on the back of the event flyer. Promo codes are validations you issue — tracked like everything else.

Fill the slow hours

A code for evenings and weekends that costs you nothing when nobody uses it.

Launch and win-back

New-location offers and second-chance comps, with a paper trail instead of an IOU.

Measure what worked

Every code reports redemptions and revenue, so the campaign has numbers, not vibes.

No walled garden

One program across your whole portfolio.

Most validation systems only work inside their own vendor's equipment. Flowpark validations are configured once and honored portfolio-wide: QR-only lots, camera sites, kiosk garages, mixed estates mid-migration. Merchants issue comps the same way everywhere; the ledger reconciles everything in one place. And because the platform is API-first, validation status can feed the operations platform, enforcement partner, or accounting stack you already run.

A validation program shouldn't depend on which brand of gate a site happens to have.

The Tenant Portal

One login for every business on your property.

Every tenant — the office upstairs, the shop on the corner, the clinic across the deck — gets a login under your brand. Validating merchants comp customer sessions and watch their own ledger. Permit tenants assign and reassign their block of monthly permits. Same portal, same login, no calls to the parking office.

Property managers stop being the parking help desk.

Runs on all three solutions

Validations follow the driver, whatever the site runs.

One validation program, honored at every rung — configured from the same dashboard as your rates and monthlies.

What is parking validation?
Parking validation is when a business — a shop, restaurant, hotel, office, or clinic — covers some or all of a driver's parking cost. A digital validation system applies the discount directly to the driver's session and logs which business issued it.
What does a merchant need to start validating?
A code, a scan, or a login to the Tenant Portal — no hardware, no install. Most businesses are validating the day the program turns on.
Can validations be partial — say, two hours or five dollars?
Yes. Full comps, hour-based, or dollar-based, set per merchant, and changeable from the dashboard whenever the deal changes.
Can I cap how much a tenant validates?
Yes — daily, weekly, or monthly caps, set per tenant and even per plate. The ledger enforces it so nobody has to.
Can I run discounts without a merchant — promo codes for my own campaigns?
Yes. Promo codes are operator-issued discounts: create a code, scope it to locations and dates, cap its uses, and track redemptions like any validation.
Does validation work across different sites and equipment?
Yes — one program covers the whole portfolio: QR-only lots, camera sites, and kiosk garages, on the same ledger. It isn't tied to one brand of hardware.
