Built by parking people

Not a tech company learning parking.
A parking company that builds great tech.

Flowpark was built by people who've run lots, garages, and monthlies for twenty years — and got tired of choosing between payment apps that only do payments and legacy systems that do everything badly.

Why Flowpark exists

Twenty years in parking. One recurring problem.

We've spent twenty years in parking and technology, operating across the USA, Europe, and Latin America — running facilities, deploying systems, and sitting on the buyer's side of every vendor pitch this industry produces.

The same problem showed up on every continent. Operators were stuck between two bad options:

Payment apps

…that stop at checkout. They charge the operator a provider fee per transaction; the operator normally sets the driver convenience fee and keeps the margin. Need a native path into cameras, kiosks, monthlies, gates, or one operating dashboard? That's where the category often stops.

Legacy systems

…that do everything badly. Decade-old interfaces bolted together through acquisitions, multi-year hardware leases, and support queues where you're account #4,721.

Nobody was building the obvious thing: one modern platform that runs the whole operation — QR payments, camera-based auto-pay, kiosks, gates, monthlies, validations — under the operator's brand, with economics that run toward the operator instead of away.

So we built it. Flowpark is that platform: live in production, running real locations, processing real volume — built by people who knew exactly what was broken because they'd lived with it for twenty years.

Our stance

We will never compete with our customers.

Some full-stack platforms in this industry end up on both sides of the table: they sell you software, and they also operate parking — which makes them your vendor today and your competitor tomorrow.

Flowpark has no operations arm. We don't run lots. We don't bid against operators for management contracts. We don't put our name between you and your customers. There is no version of Flowpark's growth that requires taking your business — our platform only makes money when your locations transact.

That's not a policy we adopted; it's how the company is built:

Your brand on every driver touchpoint

Signage, checkout, receipts, kiosk screens carry your name or your property's — not ours.

Your customer relationships stay yours

The accounts, the monthlies, the data views — all of it stays on your side of the table.

Our economics only work when yours do

We earn alongside the operation, month after month — not at the install. There's no version of our P&L that's done with you after go-live.

We power the operation. The operation stays yours.

The network

One payment rail behind every brand.

Every Flowpark location — whatever brand is on the sign — runs on the same rail: the Flowpark Payment Network.

Think of how card networks work. Your bank issues the card, their name is on it, but a shared network underneath means it's accepted everywhere. The Flowpark Payment Network is that layer for parking: a driver registers once, at any location, under any brand — and is recognized at every location running Flowpark technology. At camera-equipped sites, that means FlowLane treatment everywhere: drive in, drive out, the session pays itself.

It's a payment rail, not a consumer brand. Drivers aren't joining a program or downloading our app — they're registering with you, and the network quietly makes that registration work everywhere. For operators, the network compounds: every location on it makes every other location smoother for registered drivers — and your lot benefits from drivers who registered somewhere else.
