What is a drive-up rate?

The drive-up (or transient) rate is what a driver pays arriving without a reservation or permit — the posted hourly or daily price. For most lots and garages it's the largest share of parking revenue.

Can I set different rates for different times and days?

Yes — hourly tiers, day rates, overnight rates, and weekday/weekend schedules, per location. Changes go live from the dashboard immediately, no site visit.

Can I run a special rate for a specific window?

Yes. Temporary override rates sit on top of your normal card for exactly the window you schedule, then revert automatically.

Do drivers need an app to pay an hourly rate?

No. The QR opens checkout in the phone's browser. Drivers who register a plate don't even scan — at camera-equipped locations the session pays itself.

Can a driver extend a session without coming back?

Yes — the driver gets a text before the session runs out and extends in two taps, from wherever they are.

What does this cost me to run?
