Scan to Pay FlowLane PARCS
AI-powered parking access & revenue control

Full access and revenue control. None of the legacy.

Gates, pay-on-foot kiosks, pay on exit, intercom, POS — everything a full-service facility needs, running on the same cloud platform and the same dashboard as our no-hardware solutions. Your brand on every screen.

What's in the box

Everything a facility needs to control access and collect revenue.

Gates & lane control

Entry and exit barriers with LPR built in: registered plates open the gate on sight.

Pay-on-foot kiosks

Settle before walking back to the car — card, mobile wallet, or another supported digital method. No cash.

Pay on exit

Settle at the lane, by plate or QR, and go.

Intercom

A human on the line at every gate and kiosk, around the clock, for the moment something needs a person.

POS

Staffed-lane and office point of sale for the sites that run attendants.

One dashboard

Rates, monthlies, validations, promos, reservations, events, revenue — the same screen that runs a QR-only lot runs your full facility.

The anti-legacy block

The full works, without the usual sentence.

Full PARCS has traditionally meant a Frankenstein of hardware modules bolted together over decades, a server room in the garage office, and a multi-year lease to pay for it all. Flowpark's is cloud-native from the first line of code: hardware where your site needs it, software that updates itself, and no long-term lock-in engineered into the contract.

Right-sizing

Buy the rung your site actually needs.

PARCS is the top of the Flowpark ladder, not the default. Plenty of lots need nothing but a QR on a sign. Add cameras and sessions pay themselves. Gates, kiosks, and lanes are for the facilities where full access control earns its keep — structures, airport-adjacent, hotels, mixed-use with real throughput. Same platform at every rung, so a portfolio can mix all three and run it from one dashboard.

Less hardware where you can. Full control where you must. Never a machine for the machine's sake.

Your name on the kiosk.

Kiosk screens, receipts, gate signage — they carry your brand or your property's, not a vendor's. Locations run on the Flowpark Payment Network, so drivers registered anywhere on the network get FlowLane treatment at your gates from day one.

Economics

Hardware priced like hardware. A vendor who stays.

Large incumbent PARCS deployments can run to seven figures, followed by years of change orders from a vendor you only see at renewal. Ours is the opposite shape: kiosks, gates, and cameras quoted openly per site, a software license, and a per-session provider fee that can sit inside the operator-set convenience fee. Our revenue arrives month by month, alongside yours — so the relationship does not end at commissioning. It starts there.

Check-ins, not change orders

Do I have to buy the full suite?
No — PARCS is scoped per site. Some facilities need gates and one kiosk; some need every lane equipped. And if a location only needs a QR or cameras, we'll tell you that instead.
Does the kiosk take cash?
No. Flowpark is card/digital only. Kiosks support cards, mobile wallets, and approved digital methods; cash-required facilities are not a fit.
Can it work with my existing hardware?
We assess everything during scoping, and we're honest about what survives. Gates usually can be kept and driven by our platform; site networking often stays too. Existing LPR cameras rarely make the cut — plate-reading is where quality decides revenue, so we're picky there. Either way, you know what stays and what goes before anything is signed.
What happens when hardware fails at 2 a.m.?
The intercom reaches a person, and drivers always have another way to pay — QR, kiosk, or an alternative method. No stranded cars, no free-for-all lot.
Is this a separate product from Scan to Pay and FlowLane?
Same platform, same dashboard, same driver accounts — PARCS adds the physical layer. A portfolio can run QR-only lots and full-PARCS garages side by side and see it all in one place.
What about valet?
Valet isn't a Flowpark product — we integrate with whatever valet system your site runs.
What does it cost?
Equipment is quoted per site after a scoping walk-through and priced openly — kiosks, gates, cameras, license, and the per-session fee, all on one page. Large incumbent deployments can run to seven figures; we compare the complete scoped bill of materials rather than making a blanket TCO claim. Bring a facility to the demo and we'll spec it.
