Sell the space before the car arrives.

Drivers book ahead and prepay — a week near the airport, a weekend downtown, a spot for Saturday's game. You set the inventory and the price, the plate is the reservation, and every booking lands in your ledger under your brand.

Reservations

The booking is a plate, not a piece of paper.

01

You open inventory

Which locations, how many spaces, which dates, what price. Capped per date — when spots are gone, the page stops selling.

02

Drivers book on your page

Browser checkout under your brand, no app. Plate, card, dates, done.

03

Arrival is nothing

The plate is the reservation everywhere — camera, gate, or QR-only lot. The driver just parks.

04

The ledger already knows

Bookings, arrivals, no-shows, refunds, revenue by date — in real time.

Events

The pre-sale, with real inventory.

Put the lot's event inventory on sale in advance — a fixed number of spots at the event price — and watch it sell down before the day arrives. Caps mean you never sell the same space twice.

Season in one sitting

Load every home game and show date, each with its own inventory and price.

Prepaid flow, walk-ups pay

Pre-booked plates roll in; everyone else pays the event drive-up rate at the sign or kiosk.

Know your night early

Pre-sold count and revenue visible before gates open — no cash count after.

Game day at the curb

The rate change is a schedule, not a scramble.

For every car that didn't book ahead, the lot flips itself: the event rate when the window opens, the normal card when it closes.

Surge pricing with a receipt beats a guy waving cars in at "twenty bucks, cash."

Your inventory, your brand

Pre-book without renting your customers.

Most pre-booked parking runs through third-party marketplaces: their app, their brand, your space listed next to the garage across the street. Flowpark pre-book is white-label.

Marketplaces are a fine demand channel. They're a bad landlord.

Runs on all three solutions

Pre-sold at every rung.

One event, honored across QR, camera, and kiosk — and your monthlies keep their spots and rates through it all.

What's the difference between a reservation and a permit?
A reservation is date-bounded and prepaid — a spot for specific days, booked in advance. A permit is recurring — a monthly parker billed automatically. Both live in the same dashboard and use the plate as the credential.
Can drivers book multiple days at once?
Yes — multi-day reservations are a standard booking type, and advance or long-stay bookings can be priced below the drive-up rate to reward early commitment.
How do you prevent overselling?
Event and reservation inventory is capped — you decide how many spaces go on sale per date, and the booking page stops selling when they're gone.
Do drivers need an app to book?
No. Booking happens in the browser on your branded page — plate, card, dates. On arrival the plate is the reservation.
What about my monthly parkers on event days?
They're unaffected unless you decide otherwise. Monthly plates keep their access and their rate through the event window.
Can drivers still pay cash at events?
No. Flowpark is card/digital only. Drivers use the QR checkout, a supported wallet, or a card/digital PARCS kiosk.
