Scan to Pay FlowLane PARCS
AI-powered license plate recognition

Drive in.
Drive out. Paid.

FlowLane works like toll-by-plate on the highway: the camera reads the plate, registered drivers roll in and roll out, and payment just happens. No app opened, no QR scanned, no gate fought. Under your brand, at your rates.

How it works

Registered once. Recognized everywhere.

01

Register once

A driver saves their plate and payment method the first time they park — a Scan to Pay checkout is all it takes.

02

Camera reads the plate

On entry and exit, the LPR camera does the work. Gated facility? The gate opens itself. No gates? Nothing to open — just drive.

03

The session pays itself

The exact stay, at your rates, with the total broken out on the receipt — parking, fees, taxes.

The split in this industry isn't gates vs. no gates — it's cameras vs. no cameras. FlowLane typically needs one camera per lane, plus installation and compatible networking where the site requires it.

Gated or ungated

One system. Two ways to run it.

Ungated · free-flow

Open lot, no barriers to buy or maintain. The camera logs entry and exit; registered drivers pay automatically, unregistered drivers scan the QR on the sign and pay in the browser. Every car has a paved path to paying.

Gated

Keep your gates — or add ours. Registered plates raise the gate on sight; everyone else pays at the QR, the kiosk, or on exit. Same cameras, same dashboard, plus physical access control.

Your name on the lane.

Signage, receipts, the checkout page for first-timers — they carry your brand or your property's. Drivers know exactly who they're parking with; the camera and the rail behind it are our job, not our billboard.

Economics

Hardware priced like hardware.
Software that earns its keep.

Because equipment isn't where we make our living, it's priced like equipment — not like an install with a margin story attached. Our economics run alongside your operation, month after month.

Usually one camera per lane

With installation and networking scoped honestly per site.

Priced openly

Equipment, license, and fee on one page of the proposal.

Does this need gates?
No. FlowLane needs a camera, not a gate. Ungated lots run free-flow; gated facilities get automatic gate opening on top of the same system.
How do drivers sign up?
The first time they park, they scan the QR and pay in the browser — saving a plate and card takes one tap on that same screen. No app to download. From then on, the camera handles it.
What about a rental car or a new plate?
The driver pays like any first-timer — scan the QR, pay in the browser, done. They can add the plate to their account on the spot if they'll be back.
What if the camera misreads a plate?
The driver always has another way to pay — QR, kiosk, or an alternative method — and every session shows its full total before the charge. One rail down never strands a paying driver.
Is this actually running, or is it a beta?
It's live in production at Flowpark locations today, and the plate-matching that powers it has run for over two years. Book a demo and we'll show you a working lane, not a slide.
What does the hardware cost?
Cameras, installation, and any networking work are scoped per site and priced openly, along with the software license and per-session provider fee. Bring a location and we'll spec it in the demo on one page, with nothing marked "TBD at install."
Can monthly parkers and validations use it?
Yes — monthlies get recognized like any registered plate, and validations, promo codes, reservations, and event rates all settle through the same session.
